We want you to love the pieces you purchase from Buttardi. Therefore, if for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item, please email us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to do so providing the item is in resalable condition.

When emailing, please include your invoice number, the item number and reason for your return or exchange.

Once you have received approval for your return or exchange, repack the item in it's original packaging (if possible) along with a copy of your receipt.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Buttardi is not responsible for items lots or damaged in transit.

Once the package is received, we will either credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges) or send your exchanged merchandise.
